Fertility Treatment! One step closer..

After the discussion with Wogan Hemlock, Alvina decided to take it upon herself and hire a full time bodyguard. She was approved for one by the city council members, he's a former military man and construction worker named Wyatt Matthew he'll start as soon as the first baby of the challenge is born. It'll be nice to have a handyman around the house. -Alvina had thought.

In the meantime, it was time for Alvina to pursue her challenge and get the long awaited fertility treatment. Those babies aren't gonna come out on their own. She was paying a visit to Dr. Marcella.

Dr. Marcella Ceres had become a 4 star Renowned Obgyn because of Alvina's challenge, all the sims in town wanted her because she was making even the impossible possible.

Alvina looked through "the window of possibilities" as she liked to call it. In that very room her dream was going to come true!

This is so surreal. I can't believe this is actually going to happen today! -Alvina's mind was racing.

"Hello Dr. Marcella, I'll admit I'm a bit concerned about the procedure. Your general plan is to pump me up with drugs?" -Alvina asked nervously.

"The fertility drugs are meant to strength or trigger ovulation, fertility drugs can create miracles, making parenthood a reality. They are also generally effective. Your chances of pursuing the challenge will be greatly improved."  -Dr. Marcella spoke.

"What are the risks of the fertility treatment?" -Alvina asked as her mind began to wonder.

Everything is happening so fast, what if I go through with this and nothing happens? Will I be able to put myself through all of this agony again and experience more rejection?

"A risk that comes with fertility drug use is ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS). OHSS occurs when the ovaries become unusually enlarged, filling with fluid. When ovulation occurs, the fluid is released into the body, causing complications that can lead to blood clots and kidney failure. However with careful monitoring of your cycle with monthly ultrasounds, I would be aware of the early symptoms. The earlier it's caught, the less chance of a severe case developing."

Alvina outweighed the rewards and the complications and was willing to take the risk even if her anxiety was at it's highest. The challenge was too important for her to give up on.

"Are you prepared for the treatment?" Dr. Marcella asked calmly. "Yes Doc, you are my friend and a genius. I trust you to help me complete this challenge." -Alvina spoke with confidence.

With all of that being said, Alvina got her long awaited lifetime supply of fertility treatment to get her through the 100 baby challenge.
